La La is a wonderful doe that we have been blessed to have in our herd. She is a daughter of the great Valentino who many of you know was a phenomenal buck. La La's dam NuNu is a beautiful doe that has been very productive and is still kidding at 11yrs old!

La La joined our herd in 2018 and we were thrilled to have her. We bred her for our 2019 spring kidding season. She had an easy pregnancy but a not so easy delivery. LaLa went into labor late on 2-21-2019. She didnt dilate fully so we took her into our vet and it was determined that she needed an emergency c-section. After midnight on 2-22-2019 our vet performed the

c-section and LaLa had 3 kids: 1 buckling and 2 doelings. During the c-section it was discovered that she had a twisted uterus, (which is very rare , it is not genetic, it was just something that happened). La La and her kids all made it through the surgery but due to La La having a difficult recovery we made the decision to retire her and allow her to live out her life here on our farm with her kids. We retained (kept) all three of La La's kids and they still reside within our herd today.
