We have implemented this sales policy in order to protect ourselves the seller and you the buyer. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable. By sending a Deposit or placing a reservation on an animal, you (the Buyer) indicate that you are in agreement with these terms;

We the breeders at 7W Goat Farm reserve the right to retain any kid born on our farm. We reserve the right to retain any animal at any time during the sales process. We also reserve the right to sell our goats to the homes that we feel will be the best fit for them.

​

In order to purchase a goat from 7W Goat Farm a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of half the purchase price is required. NOTE: WE WILL NOT HOLD ANY ANIMAL WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

If for any reason after the deposit is made, the goat becomes ill, injured or dies while in our (the breeders) care, the deposit will be refunded. If for any reason after the deposit is made, you (the buyer) decide to not complete the sale, the deposit will not be refunded.

Remaining balance of the animal must be paid in full either before or at the time of pick-up. ALL FINAL PAYMENTS MADE AT PICK-UP MUST BE MADE IN CASH. No animal will leave the farm unless paid for in full. All sales are final.

GUARENTEES:

We offer no guarantees other than that the animal is healthy at the time of departure. We will not sale a sick animal. While some breeding pairs may have Blue eyes, Moonspots or being polled possible, in no way is this a guarantee of what will be produced. We make no guarantees of coat color, eye color, or being polled.

BUYING KIDS:

All kids will be disbudded (unless polled), tattooed, and up to date on Coccidiosis preventative, CD&T vaccine (when age appropriate), hoof trimming, and worming (if needed). All kids (except wethers) will be registered with ADGA before going to their new homes.

All kids are able to be registered with ADGA and AGS. All Mini-Nubian kids will be able to be registered with MDGA.

We want to ensure that our kids have the best start possible in life. For this reason we do NOT sell bottle babies. Kids will be weaned at 2 months old but may not be able to go to their new homes unless they are eating feed well. We do not want your new kid to come home with you only to go downhill because the are not eating well.

 

At this time we do not air ship.  We are willing to work with APPROVED TRANSPORTERS ONLY. We highly recommend and have worked with Dave Thomas of Nigerian Goat Express Transportation. We have the right to refuse a transporter if we feel it is in the best interest of our animals.  Farm pick-ups only. We are located in White Oak, Texas 75693

Reservations:

While we don't take formal reservations, We do have a WISH LIST. On our Wish List Tab you can fill out a form saying what you are looking for, if you are interested in a certain breeding, a buck, a doe etc. Wish List will be filled on a first come, first served basis, and on availability.  If an animal you are interested in becomes available you will be notified and be given 24 Hours to make a non-refundable deposit to hold the animal.

Pick-ups:

We want pick-ups to go smoothly and in a timely manner. My time is not free, and I appreciate buyers who are on top of things when it comes to pick-up.

At the time of the deposit we will discuss pick-up. Please be prepared with a safe, secure way to transport your goat(s). We like to transport in an appropriately sized dog kennel (the kind with plastic sides) with hay in the bottom for comfort.

KIDS: Kids would be picked up around weaning age and an exact date will be set up closer to weaning time.

Adults: Adults will be picked up at an agreed upon date not to exceed 30 days after the deposit is placed, or when transport is arranged.

1st Scheduled Date: If you pick-up on the first scheduled date, we greatly appreciate you!

2nd Scheduled Date:

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may have to reschedule a pick-up. However at this point we will be charging a $3 a day boarding fee per animal until pick-up. Boarding fee is to be paid at the time of scheduling of the 2nd pick-up date. 

If the boarding fee is not paid and/or you don't show up for pick-up, at that time all money paid will be forfeit and animal may be placed back on the sales list.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:

All animals are sold with the right of first refusal-meaning that if you decide to sale an animal(s) you have purchased from us, we ask that you offer them back to us first.
